21st Beijing Intl Tea and Tea Ceremony Exhibition opens

Editor's note: The 21st Beijing International Tea and Tea Ceremony Exhibition, running Sept. 11-14 at the National Agricultural Exhibition Center in Beijing, brings together teas from across China along with teaware, tea-related products and a range of cultural activities.

From traditional tea-making techniques and tea ceremonies to new interpretations of tea culture, the exhibition shows how an ancient tradition continues to evolve.
