Under the theme "Yanqing – A Quality Life for You," the pavilion of northwestern Beijing's Yanqing district highlights technology-driven, immersive experiences that blend the district's rich cultural heritage, ecological vitality, and modern urban appeal.

Designed with distinct local character, the pavilion features a layered "ice and snow sky" ceiling and a warm golden "Great Wall" light ribbon that runs through the space, symbolizing Yanqing's Olympic legacy and its iconic Great Wall culture. The entire display follows green and low-carbon principles, reflecting the district's role as a key ecological conservation area.

Three thematic zones in the pavilion bring the story to life. Digital interaction, live performances, and creative cultural products turn the Great Wall heritage and intangible crafts into tangible, immersive experiences. The pavilion also showcases the district as an "outdoor sports paradise" with winter sports IP, race events, and interactive fitness experiences that encourage visitors to explore Yanqing in person. In addition, the pavilion displays certified local agricultural products and high-end tourism offerings, alongside a livestreaming booth that enables on-site experience and online purchasing.

CIFTIS opened today at Beijing's Shougang Park and will run through Sept. 13, with 90 countries, regions, and international organizations participating, alongside over 1,830 on-site exhibitors.
